TOWN OF LONG LAKE, WASHBURN COUNTY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING AND
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Long Lake Town Hall located at N1584 Cty Hwy MD, a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2010 Budget of the Town of Long Lake will be held. The proposed 2010 Budget summary is posted at all three Public Notice Locations and the proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the Clerk’s Office. Please call for an appointment.
Immediately following the Budget Hearing, a Special Town Meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Statute 60.12 (1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:
1. To approve the minutes of November 11, 2008 Special Town Meeting.
2. To adopt the 2009 town tax levy to be paid in 2010 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
Immediately following the Special Town Meeting of the Electors the Town Board will meet to discuss and consider Board adoption of the 2010 Town Budget pursuant to Section 60.40(4) of Wisconsin Statutes. The regular monthly Board Meeting will follow. The complete agenda will be posted 24 hours prior to the meeting at all three public notice locations.
