Minutes-Special Board Meeting-November 15, 2010
The meeting followed the Special Town Meeting of the Electors. Board members present were LeRoy Sandridge, Chairman; Wes Mohns, Supervisor; Harvey Olund, Supervisor and Marcia Kampf, Clerk.
The purpose of the meeting was to approve the 2011 budget and to approve a new contract with L&L and also to approve the sale of a Town truck to L&L.
A motion was made by Wes and seconded by Harvey to approve the 2011 budget. Motion carried.
Dave Tomesh presented the Board with a new two year contract for grading and snow removal. The contract is in effect from 11/1/2010 through 11/1/2012. Wes made a motion to approve the contract. Harvey seconded it and the motion passed.
The Board presented a sales agreement to Dave Tomesh of L&L for the sale of the 1996 International truck for $12,500. The agreement stated that a down payment of $4100 be paid to the Town and the remainder paid at the rate of $700 a month for twelve months. Harvey made a motion to approve the sale and Wes seconded it. Motion carried. Dave presented a check for $4100. Marcia turned over the title for the truck.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm by Harvey. It was seconded by Wes. Motion carried.
