LONG LAKE TOWNSHIP BOARD
MEETING MINUTES
December 14, 2010 Town Hall
The regular monthly Town Board meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chairman LeRoy Sandridge. Board supervisors Harvey Olund and Wes Mohns, Treasurer Ruth Ann Dinga, and Clerk Marcia Kampf were present.
MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES: A motion was made by Harvey and seconded by Wes to approve the minutes from November 9, October 27, and November 15. Motion carried.
FINANCIAL REPORT: The Board approved Ruth Ann’s November, 2010 financial report as presented with a motion made by Wes and seconded by Harvey. Motion passed.
SET DATE FOR JANUARY CAUCUS: After discussion, Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 9:00 am at the Town Hall was set for the Caucus.
MUNICIPAL EMERGENCY OPERATION PLAN: Gene Romsos presented a planning sheet of information from the Planning Commission and explained it to the Board. Gene volunteered to work with Marcia to get a plan formulated. It will be presented to the Board when complete.
LOGGING AT TOWN HALL: LeRoy talked to Dave Smith who will do it next summer sometime.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
• Gene Romsos-First Responders-waiting for new defibulators
PUBLIC INPUT: None
REPORTS OF TOWN OFFICERS:
LeRoy- gave copies of grant info to Marcia, old truck was sold for $1250, stop sign on Burma Road was taken-has been replaced.
Harvey Olund-nothing
Wes Mohns-boat landing is open for ice fishing, bumpers for boat landing will be included in the price for the dock.
Ruth Ann-had copies of notice for watercraft launching fee from the printer. The printer can also do annual stickers for the fees. This will be available in the spring.
Marcia-nothing

VOUCHERS: A motion was made by Wes and seconded by Harvey to pay vouchers 2333-2352. Motion passed.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m. The next regular monthly meeting will be Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 6:00 pm. A tape of these minutes will be kept on file at the Town Hall or at the Clerks Home.
